Ingredients:
- 185 grams of margarine or vegetable oil (room temperature)
- 185 grams of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk (room temperature)
- 3 eggs
- 185 grams of self raising flower
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 8 grams of vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of forest fruit (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and cranberries)

- Mixer KitchenAid Mixer
Cooking instructions:
- Preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius
- Mix the margarine, brown sugar and milk.
- Add the eggs to the mixture and mix well.
- Add the self raising flower, baking powder, vanilla sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Put the cupcake liners in the oven pan.
- Fill the cupcakes liners with the batter 3/4 of the way full.
- Add the forest fruit on top of the batter.
- Bake the cupcakes in the oven for 20 minutes.
