Quick and easy oven baked tandoori chicken.
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings or legs, washed
- 3 tablespoons of Tandoori masala Rajah Tandoori Masala
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Cooking instructions:
- Place the chicken in a bowl. Add the tandoori masala and the olive oil. Mix well.
- Place the chicken in the roast pan.
- Bake the chicken for 30 minutes in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius.
- After 30 minutes, turn the chicken over to the other side and put the roast pan back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Now broil both sides of the chicken for about 2-4 minutes.
