Perfect roast tandoori chicken




















Quick and easy oven baked tandoori chicken.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings or legs, washed
  • 3 tablespoons of Tandoori masala
  • Rajah Tandoori Masala
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Cooking instructions:

  1. Place the chicken in a bowl. Add the tandoori masala and the olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Place the chicken in the roast pan.
  3. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. After 30 minutes, turn the chicken over to the other side and put the roast pan back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
  5. Now broil both sides of the chicken for about 2-4 minutes.
